Before you download the patch, make sure you download game data. This is IMPORTANT if you don't have version 4.5.0 and REMEMBER YOU MUST DOWNLOAD ALL PARTS.
BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD THIS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GAME DATA 4.5.0 VERSION OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT WORK ON THIS PATCH.
After you download this, you simply extract this file to your_folder_game (root folder of your game) after that click GenshinImpact.exe enjoy playing. (NO NEED TO ADD ANY OTHER THINGS).
Remember, version 4.5 is really worse than version 4.0 (almost 90%) but if you really want to try it, go ahead and take the risk.
